Chicken Lasagna

I got this recipe frome a great friend of mine named Mandy. She is such an inspiration to me. She does it all. If you don't believe me read a little bit of her blog. It's on the side under Rady Family. I love this recipe. I have even made it with Italian Sausage and spinach. My kids love it. If you want a bigger pan double it. Hope you enjoy.

1 pound chicken cooked and chopped
9 cooked lasagna noodles
1 chicken boulion cube dissolved in 1/4 cup water
8 oz cream cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese- I use a little more
1 jar spaghetti sauce-or your own sauce

mix the chicken, cream cheese, chicken boulion, and half the mozzarella cheese.
Start layering, put a little sauce in bottom of 9x13 noodles, chicken mixture, sauce. end with sauce and rest of cheese. Bake 350* 40-45 minutes.

Looks SO yummy!! I cooked up a turkey on Monday and have some leftover turkey. I think I found what I am making for dinner.

Thanks for sharing all of your GREAT tips and recipes!

It is hailing and snowing in Rexburg right now. I wonder if we are ever going to get SPRING time with blossoms and flowers.

I hope you are having a great day!

Hey! Thanks for your sweet comments!
The paint color in that bathroom is actually called Dockside blue, from Sherwin Williams, but I mixed it with a bunch of white semigloss... I've found that the closest color to this new "mixed" paint color is called "upward" by Sherwin Williams.
Hope that helps!
